By downloading, accessing, or using the Blue Dog app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Road Safety and Reliance

Blue Dog provides route intelligence and hazard data as a convenience. It is not a substitute for your own observation or official road signs.

Do not interact with the App while driving.
Data (such as bridge limits or fuel prices) is sourced from third parties and may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed. Always verify critical information.
You are solely responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle.

3. User Content

If you report a hazard or submit a price, you agree that the data is accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant Blue Dog the right to publish it to other users.

4. Limitation of Liability

Blue Dog is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, fines, delays, or accidents arising from your use of the App.
